The program is designed due to the specific role played by middle level managers, being at the same time in the position of supervisor of a team and a subordinate to higher level management and has the purpose of addressing the specific needs of middle level managers by offering them knowledge, skills and techniques for effectively managing employees, successfully balancing the individual tasks and personal needs with the requirements of their superiors from a higher level, thereby reducing the stress levels to a minimum.
Participants will be involved in a six month developing and educational program based on new knowledge and improvement and enhancement of their skills, experience exchange with other participants and establishing business contacts and cooperation
Who should participate?The program is suitable for all middle level managers in the country coming from the business sector, whether it is a smaller business organization or a larger company. All those who are in charge of a team and at the same time are held accountable for their work to a higher level management, in this program will find answers to many of the key issues for improving the efficiency of their performance as well as practical knowledge and skills for their enhancement.
What does the program include?A unique opportunity to participate in a comprehensive program that covers all the important aspects of the operation of a mid-level manager and offers new acquisition and improvement of existing knowledge and skills.
A. Educational program for acquiring new skills
The program includes six one-day modules, each dedicated to a specific topic relevant to middle level managers and improvement of the quality and efficiency of their operations. The program will cover the following topics (each in a separate module):

|5. Prioritizing and effective time management||Balancing between the demands of your bosses, subordinates and your private life|
|6. Monitoring and evaluating the employees performance||Provide feedback to your employees and define common future goals|
B. Program for development of skillsThree thematic events in which will be discusses and shared experiences on specific topics relevant to mid-level managers or in general for all managers. The date and topics will be further posted. The program implies experience exchange, intensive communication and establishing new business contacts between participants in the program.
For companies that are interested in including all of their mid-level managers in this program / training, it is possible to organize special in-company program for their employees (managers). In such case, conditions and timing of implementation of the program will be further mutually agreed.
